Lump in throat Help please!!

While I went out to round up the chickens for feeding time, I noticed that our light brahma girl has a lump on her neck. on the left side. I can't really take a picture of it, as it is covered by feathers, but it is hard, and warm to the touch. What can I do? What do you think this may be??? It's not in her crop area, in fact her crop area is empty. She seems weak. I need help asap before I lose her....

So does it look like a growth, or something in her throat?

here is a picture of it under the feathers. Had to wait on my 4 year old to get home so I could get a better picture of it.

From the pic looks like there are scabs on it. Are there?

No, it's just raised and yellowish. It has a bit of oozing, from where the feathers sit, but nothing else.

Sounds like it is infected. I would put her on antibiotics both oral and on the skin.

what type of topical antibiotics can i use? I'm stuck in the house with no vehicle....

Neosporin is good.

I would also cut the feathers out around the area if you can.
