Nice job! A gamma lid will make it real easy to check and refill your bucket, unless you don't snap your lid down tight every time, but then it could get knocked off.

It's what I use on my 5 gal no waste feeder and waterer.

The screw top buckets work well. Once the chicks figured it out, ours is working well. Need another for more feed stations in the morning. I put the whole bucket in a dog house to keep everything dry.
