Mal-Positioned chick

Today is hatch day. The first of the three eggs that are in the incubator, pipped this evening, however, from what I'm seeing and reading, it was not in the right position to pip in the proper area of the egg, so instead it only had one external pip which I showed in the picture. Do I need to do anything special for this little one in hopes of it making it?

Do I need to do anything special for this little one in hopes of it making it?

It'll be fine. Have had many that pipped the middle that hatch fine.
