Hi chicken expert, I need help with this gender identification. I bought this black polish pullet. Does it look like a pullet? Or is it still early to tell?

The breeder said about 3 months. I bought 2 polish pullets. The buff color seems no developed comb yet and slightly bigger than the black one that already has a comb. I wonder if it's just smaller size/breed difference.

I'm not familiar with the breed, and I'm new to chickens myself, but from what I understand most hens get darker combs when they're getting ready to lay, that might be why it's darker.
