What is this hen?

There has been a loose chicken in my urban neighborhood. It’s not an everyday occurrence, but there it bis a funny month for chickens (long story short, we lost a chicken several weeks ago. Figured a fox took it. A month later, there she was, in the yard with her sisters!)

So now, there has been a loose chicken in my neighborhood. I kept hearing about it, but didn’t see her until today. I was able to catch her. She is quarantined and I am trying to find her family.

Is she an EE also? She looks like one to me but is much lighter than I am used to and so soft. She is also very thin (maybe young) and skittish.

Yes, she has the coloring of an EE. She doesn't have the muffs and beard but not all of them do. She looks like a younger pullet to me close to Point of Lay.
