Manly looking hen or a roo?

This chicken got added to my flock and the girl says it’s a calico princess isa brown cross. The bird IS getting very light brown feathers. This is the only one that got harassed by my rooster and it’s also getting spur nubs so I’m assuming rooster? But I am not seeing any male feather and yet the comb is so so red. Approx 15 weeks. It’s looked the same since I added to flock about 3 or so weeks ago.

Both genders have spur nubs, I've had several hens with spurs. but the comb and wattles scream cockerel.
