Maran hen or rooster?

We got some day old chicks that were unsexed and born around the first of April. I have a black copper maran who I have never heard crow (the other roosters crow frequently) and I'm holding out hope that maybe this one is a hen even though it... looks like a rooster. Put me out of my misery here: am I just in denial and this guy is definitely a rooster?
