McMurray Rose Comb Brown Leghorn vs Single Comb Brown Leghorn

I'm thinking about adding to my flock in spring and think I would like some sort of leghorn in there. The plan is for them to be mostly free range so I'm not too keen on white leghorns. But has anyone had both the rose comb and the single comb brown leghorn? Was there any meaningful difference besides the comb and, maybe, an advantage in cold weather for the rose comb?

Lots of people have kept both varieties and seemed happy with them so aside from hardiness I don't see how there would be a difference but maybe @The Moonshiner can weigh in. Some rose combed roosters will have lower fertility but not all.
