I thought about showing them but they just won't understand lol. I haven't opened the box yet because I share an office. I do notice a slight odor coming from the box but other than that I can't wait to get home. It's amazing what we do to make sure our chickens are happy.

Mike32 ~ They are sent in a bag that includes some substrate. Hopefully, they are okay! Put them in their home with some fresh carrot or whatever and they'll be on their way to making you some chicken treats/food. yea!

btw...you have a lot more will power than I do....I'd be opening that box and checking them out!

It's more of not wanting to hear them complain than will power lol. Only 3 more hours and then I can see them.

I ordered 1000 and I am planning on using the 3 drawer method. That method seems like the cleanest and easiest way. For now I am going to use a storage bin that I already have until I can move them to the drawers.

I can't seem to move into the "new world" ... at my house there is no cable, no internet....so I bought mine at the pet store. 500 to start, I may start a second round in about a week or so (on 2nd week with the first batch)
