MF d’Uccle rooster aggression

This made me spit coffee! 🤣
No joke, they are actually my moms MF. But I spend alot of time with her flock too. But those mille stalk you, and flog you soon as you stop looking at them. They are sneaky and like ninjas.

Here is a handful stalking me as I brush my horse...

I've had this breed, for decades, and most of the males have been fine. Our first cock bird, in the group from a neighbor, was a total attack bird, and we co-existed too long. Since then, only one cockerel, a feed store pick because of his unusual markings, has been a jerk. He also left, and because we are careful about who gets to sire offspring, all have been fine.
It's also helped that everyone grows up in a multigenerational flock, and learn manners early.
The same was true for those two jerks, so there's nothing infallible about that either.
Raising and breeding nasty roosters is not a good idea!

Hi all,

In September, I got 3 bantams from a neighboring farm, two hens and 1 roo. This is my first time having a rooster, and I chose this breed because my neighbor has the same kind and he’s very friendly. They are all 1 year old but have grown up free ranging and I’m guessing not handled a lot so they really want nothing to do with me. But a few times I’ve had to get them from roosting in trees, and they’ve never shown aggression until now.
Two weeks ago, a hawk got one of the hens, and the roo seems perturbed and rightly so. I have been trying to feed him some scratch out of my hand, gently, to try to gain his trust. But this morning when I got too close, he flew up and used both feet to push me away. It didn’t hurt, but it’s the first time he’s done this.

maybe this is a lesson that I need to raise all my own birds from chicks instead of getting started birds.Do I rehome him or keep him? Am I expecting too much from him aka that he be friendly to people?

Thanks in advance
I have a young mille fleu roo. I raised him from 3 days and gave him alot of attention. Unfortunately he has become extremely aggressive. This week he has attacked my feet and scratched me and bit me on the arm drawing blood. Very disappointed.
