Mind if I smoke? 🥩🍖

Then I checked it a bunch trying to keep it at 220, thought I had it set and went to gym and ran 1 errand. Got back 2 hours later and it was 350+ and the water had run out. So since then I've been working to keep it between 200 and 250 with a goal of 220.
I have that problem with my Pit smoker.... except the other way... it will burn itself out and I get back and its down to 100 deg
 
Oh my, this thread is amazing! I love to smoke, my favorite is chuck roast, pork shoulder, whole chicken and whole turkey. I brush pork with yellow mustard, beef with salt and olive oil, and turkey and chicken I do a dry brine.
Hit us with the pics! also love to hear others way of getting it done
 
Thanks for all of your help and tips!!! It turned out great!!! I forgot pictures though darn it!! Lol. But everyone loved it and not much was left over so I'll take that as good! Lol.

I almost put them on the grill, but the fryer was already out.
