Mites but why the noise

Hi everyone please can U let me know why my female chicken is making this noise yes they do have mites and today is the first day of treatment with cleaning out there cage washing it down I have been DE ING them every day for a week and tomorrow they will have a bath then bk to DE again but why is my chicken making this noise when the rest of my flock don't thank U

She may be having respiratory issues from inhaling DE. It happens.

Absolutely stop the DE. Do not bathe them.
Can you get the permethrine based powder?

Hell fire ! I would stop with the DE immediately. Sounds like she needs something to clear her throat.
When you say you have mites do you mean red mite ? They are known to cause red spots in the roof of the mouth and the de may be agrivating them ? If not I would have a look in her mouth and see if all looks okay.
Either way stop with the DE as she may be getting some in her mouth which causes problems.
