Mites, hen pecking, or other disease??

We added new birds last summer. Originally felt we had a lot of feather pecking going on. The adolescents kept preening and pecking the beard feather out. But no my two young Wyandottes heads look like they are going bald! I am inclined to think feather mites as I don’t see mites but wanted to get others thoughts. And thoughts on how to fix this so they can grow feathers?!

Do you have any roos? Could be from them trying to mate with the hens. Never hurts to treat for mites. Them little boogers sneak up quick.

Are they sticking their head into something, or through a fence? It does look like that one of them has new feathers coming in.

No roosters but my top hen is a shit.

We do have the pvc feeders but none of the other girls look like this!
