MJ's little flock

I've done the last of the chick preparations and picked up the usual batch of mixed scrap metal.

Taking a second look at photo 3 Bob, and I'm wondering if the hens like to dust bathe under there in summer. It looks very cool and very dusty.
It is a popular dust bathing site in spring and fall. In summer the afternoon sun bakes it under the coop. You will find them under the coop in the mornings in the summer. Once the sun angles in its too hot under there. Afternoon dust baths are in the big run or under the magnolia tree in the summer.

Don't be sad. I have no clue how to drive an italian car...or any car for that matter. Basic knowledge for one of us can be completely out of reach for someone else !
To be frank, very few people know how to properly drive any car, let alone an Italian car. I am sad though that I can't answer your question.

You are right though. We all don't have the same the same experience or skills. That's one of the reasons we all need each other.

That's roughly how much is removed every time I use the magnet.
A lot of it looks like small pieces of rock that must have a high iron content rather than hardware.
I have the same issue, the magnet picks up small rocks.
I pick out the hardware (like the staple) by hand and dump the rocks back on the ground.
