Molting or Pecking?

I have 3 chickens, Americana, Australorp, and a Welsummer, they are 9 months old, the Welsummer has a bald spot, Not sure if it is molting or being pecked at, And it looks like there is feathers growing and they look like baby feathers, anyone seen this before? Or have any advice? Thanks in advance. photos attached

What can I do to stop it from happening?

Give your chickens somthing else to peck at. Pecking can happen when chickens are overcrowded or bored. Give them somthing entertaining.
