Moving Chicks/turkeys/guinea

So I'm new to moving birds, I've been around chickens my whole life but now I'm moving several turkey chicks, regular chicks and my one guinea baby from Texas to Minnesota. What tests do I need to have done and where would I do them/How would I go about getting it done? Any info would be greatly appreciated!

Contact the Minnesota Department of Agriculture and they can tell what requirements that you will have to meet.
