I have my peacock and peahen in a shed with 2 lofts. The peahen has decided to lay her eggs in one of the lofts. We are worried that when the eggs hatch, that the peachicks may fall from the loft and get hurt. If we move the eggs down on the ground, in the corner of the shed, will she still sit on the eggs if we move them?

Don't touch the eggs!
Note the date of the beginning of brooding.
28 days later ... you're here ... to get the chicks down.
The hatching lasts 2 days You will see it because the mother will not eat anymore!

Also the really good news about peafowl is that they can "fly" really early on. They're born with a full set of primaries and secondaries that just need a little bit of time (a day, maybe two) to de-sheath before they can use them. If you put food and water up there for mom and babies, they won't need to go anywhere for a bit. It should give you the time to find them and get them down safely anyway.
