Our drake Muscovy has been running off one of the female Muscovy any time she gets within 2 feet of him and the other 2 females. This has been going on for about a month there is no attacking to causes blood, but he also goes out of his way to run across the yard to chase this 1 female away from food and water as well. Sometimes she will stop and go into a submissive position, and he will peck at her when she does that. Him, the female he chases, and 1 other all came from the same clutch the 4th female was a lone survivor from another. They all are fine in their coop together it's just when they are out free ranging that this happens. occasionally the other 2 females will join in with chasing and pecking at her. All of them are 6 months old all hatched withing a week of each other.

My apologies if I'm not conveying the information clearly

is this normal behavior from a drake Muscovy?

It is normal for them to be exclusive and they seem to go in phases. I would just make sure your one female has multiple areas to get food and water from. Watch for anything more aggressive than what you're describing. I have females that behave this way and the drake follows suit.

We have multiple areas set up for food and water for her but she wants to around the flock. When the drake is off doing his own thing the other hens are fine with her around.

Thank you for the information

It’s now turned into what looks like she is being attacked. She has 2 bare spots on her wings that are now bleeding

You will have to separate. I'd observe when they are together to see who the aggressor really is. Then you have a few options. Rehome the aggressor. But, in my experience it's a learned behavior and the others will pick up where the one left off.
You can rehome the one being bullied or find her a new buddy and keep both in a separate area - maybe one of the girls you currently have or a new one added.

You may need to separate for a while. Perhaps if it doesn't improve, rehome the bullied one or the drake, or you could divide into two flocks, one bachelor flock for the drake, and your hens separate. Or Crazy Maizie's idea! That could be a good idea too.
They might be okay when they calm down, at the moment drakes seem to go very hormonal! It can be rough. But it would be best to look into your options
