Muscovys in florida. Does anyone know of permitted places that have space?

Our local park is in the process of arranging to euthanize hundreds of muscovy. They are claiming there isn't anywhere with space to take them that holds a permit for muscovy. Does anyone know of somewhere with a permit that has space for any of these guys? I understand they are an invasive species, but figured it was worth a try to ask here.

Thank you. Hoping to find an answer. I have spoken with a councilman for the city and they are willing to work with some sort of safe haven or farm if they have met the state requirements, now it's just a matter of finding somewhere even if that means helping get someone a permit. These birds are beautiful in their own way and I'm praying we can help them from just being killed and disposed of like rubbish. Life is precious and deserves more respect than that.

That is horrible!! Can you put up flyers at your local feed stores, bulletin boards? Maybe any animal themed local social media sites?

That is so sad. I bet they would have no problem if the ducks were mallards. THey are just prejudiced against Muscovy
