Hello Maxi01! Sorry to see your chicken suffering this! Definitely start vitamin/mineral supplement or tonic treatments, now. I would treat the foot a couple times a day by cleaning it and applying topical medications. I like natural as much as possible and if the bird is a layer, no antibiotics orally. Consider removing the bird from the coop and limiting the stress on the foot, while treating. Preventing/treating parasite or bacterial infestations of the wound, while supporting the healthy intake of Vitamins and minerals, is all I would do. The curled toes should correct in a several weeks or eat the bird if it is crippled and suffering bad effects from that. Good luck and best wishes!
