My Chicken May Be In Trouble

I don't know if this is an injury or not but just in case I would like to see if someone can identify it. She is a hen that is 4 or 5 years old and I have recently noticed that something is wrong with her eyelid.

This could be fowl pox, there is another scab on her face, right where her wattles begin.

Do you live in a warm and humid climate with lots of mosquitos?

Well we just got out of like 110 weather and now it's in the mid 80s with right now humidity of 47% but this year I haven't really seen any mosquitos so yes and no.

Do your other chickens have some kind of scabs as well? If not, it is propably just a pecking wound or similar.

The other chickens don't really have it that I know but the she is one of the most dominant hens in the pen if not the most dominant and there are only 6 of them but it might have been one of the two roosters but she's not his favorite hen so I don't really think that's what it is either.
