My chickens are chasing my dog

I hope this is the correct forum for this question...

I know this is completely opposite of most people’s problems, but my chickens are attacking my dog. She is a 12 year old black lab mix. How do I get them to stop?

One has also been pecking at me. They are 4-1/2 months and one just started laying eggs. She isn’t the one pecking me though.

Just like training your dog, it takes patience. Redirect them and let them know you're displeased with them.

Unfortunately, it's a bit harder with older chickens to teach them who's boss. You don't have to be mean, just firm. Keep in mind that it will almost definitely take more patience than training a dog, though.

You said that they are 4 1/2 months old. Could the one that is pecking you possibly be a cockerel? What breed are they?
