My chickens are dying!!!!

Have you sent one to have a necropsy? I think that has already been suggested, but that is really the only option. While you are waiting for results, just make sure you are very careful and keep it as sanitized as possible.

We live in Kirinyaga,Kenya. We don't use a particular feed,we use a mixture of feeds
What are the seeds that you are feeding them? If they don't get the right feed or good feed they can die. How much Calcium are they hens getting?

Make sure they have grit , clean water and clean food.

:hit:hitGuys it's serious!!One more chick is dead. Its as if it's a viral disease....?One thing that It can support this claim is that the chickens of my neighbourhood are all dead.ITS SERIOUS GUYS😨😨😨
I'm sorry about your losses.

Do you have an agricultural ministry, vet college or vet that takes care of poultry in your area?

I would agree with you, I do think it may be a Viral disease you are dealing with. Which one, it would be hard to know.
Since you are in Kenya, Avian Influenza comes to mind, but without testing, there's no way to know.

Any birds that show symptoms, remove them/quarantine them immediately away from the others.

Have any of the dying chickens had gasping for air, spots of their legs or combs, torticolis, crooked, or wry neck symptoms, or swelling of the combs or wattles? I agree that testing should be done to see what you are dealing with, but you might check with your government on any know outbreaks of disease.
