Thank you! I think they had cecal worms and I bought safeguard. I’m on day 7 of the first dose and haven’t seen any worms in their droppings again.Do you have a picture of the droppings and worms? Actually, it is recommended to not eat eats for 14 days after dosing. Dosage for chickens is 0.25 ml (1/4 ml) per pound of weight given orally for 5 consecutive days. That will treat roundworms, cecal, capillary/thread worms, and gapeworms. Or for roundworms only, use it once and then in 10 days. Tapeworms, which are more rare, and can be seen in droppings are best treated with praziquantel. That is an ingredient in Equimax or Zimectrin Gold horse paste, and in Droncit or Drontal tablets.
