She is pretty chill as she is kind of old and she doesn’t do much but everytime she tries to walk she starts limping and flapping her wings. Her left leg is still responsive to some touch and she will curl her toes a little bit but she can’t really move it. The other leg that is working is shaking or vibrating.

I have checked everything and while checking I found that her beak and nails are turning dark and I also found this black spot that isn’t dirt

I’ve been hand feeding her as she doesn’t eat
How old is she?

The color of the beak is a natural horn coloring.
Can you please get a current photo of her face and eyes, the inside of her beak too?

In the photo below, you mention that was a few months ago. She was unwell in that photo.
She has swelling of the facial tissue. Do you have respiratory disease within your flock, any lice/mites? Canker inside the beak? Did you introduce new birds a few months ago?

I'd work on hydration. Get some electrolytes into her along with some mushy feed. She's not eating well on her own, please look closely inside the beak for Canker, Mucous or Yellow-White Pasty material.

What is her crop like? What's her poop like?

This picture was when she was first given to me. The woman I got her from told me it was normal she’d look like this because of her pure brahama breed. But I don’t think it’s normal she’d ca barely see.
I don’t know how old exactly she is as she was given to me for free, I do know she doesn’t lay eggs anymore so I’d say 3-4 or more years.
The picture below is of her current beak.
In the picture she lived with another chicken only as they were both old and constantly picked on by the other flock so I separated them. And I think they had mites but it’s impossible to get rid of mites here in Florida. I swear they’re everywhere.
Her crop is pretty “airy” or it feels like it’s full of water. I’m giving her feed and it’s semi filling it up. I try to give her water as much as possible.
Her poop is pretty normal the usual brown and white it sticks to her but because she can’t move.
What electrolytes do you recommend I supply her with?
The inside of her mouth is pretty normal I’d say there is a bit of mucus but not very concerning I’ll send a picture in the morning once she is awake

I'd like to see her face currently.

The coloring of the beak looks normal to me. It's just a horn coloring you see in different breeds of chickens.

I'd check for mites/lice, while it may be hard to get rid of them, you at least need to try to control them. An infestation of parasites can surely make a hen sick.
Permethrin poultry dust can be found at TSC. Use that to dust the birds, making sure to get under the vent, under wings, etc. Dust all over.
Mites live in the coop, it must be cleaned out and treated in 5-7day intervals. Use Permethrin Spray to treat the coop. Be sure to get into nooks/crannies and nesting boxes.
It can take a good while to get rid of parasites, you have to be consistent with treating both birds and housing every week to break the lifecycle. Being in a warm climate, it's going to be a challenge.

The face being swollen like that is not normal. If she can barely see, this is one reason why she may not be eating well nor walking...
