Also make sure everyone keeps this on topic. That is what happened before, went WAYYYYY off topic and stayed there.

Good luck to all of you!! I just changed my eating habits to smaller portions and more fruit and veggies and have lost 50 lbs in 3 years. Lost about 10 in the last two months though!

My short term goal is 2lbs a week. If I can do more I will, but honestly any improvement is great for me.

I chose to make changes that didn't remove foods that I love from my diet. Just less of them is all. Biscuits and gravy once a month instead of once a week, cheesburgers less often, small fries instead of large. Etc..... It's working!!!
 
Ok, my goal is to only eat a small portion of potato salad tomorrow because I need the room for the Texas egg rolls. Salsa is nothing but a bunch of veggies so I am good there. More salsa, less chips. I bought the baked ones - they are GOOD! Baked potato chips - ICK. Baked tortilla chips - YUM.

Hmmmm I suppose jalepeno jelly has a bit of sugar in it.

Im in too. I started 2009 with a bang and was doing good for the first 3-4 months. I lost 30+ pounds. Then I stopped exercising and it slowly went down hill. I gained it all back and then some. Ive been putting it off for a while now and finally need to get back on track. I love watching The Biggest Loser, Ive also got most of the dvds. I have to get my head in the game.


Where the Rocky music when ya need it?
