My Ducks Love Ripe Bananas!

My ducks are a bit shy and they usually will not eat food out of your hand or let you touch them. But Mommy found a new bribe hehehe... ripe mushy banana's! They were going bonkers over them, even the peel if i tore it into little pieces! They were litterly jumping in my lap for the next piece

... who would have thought kinda a weird treat but i can't buy them fast enough!

I just went out and tried this with my two ducks, the swedish duck went nuts the pekin not so much! This is perfect because I don't like to eat ripe bananas now I can give them to one of my ducks. The chicken wasn't impressed either

that's funny because my pekins are the one that go nuts, my swedish think it's ok, and the roens could take or leave it, just tried shredded carrots not as big of a hit

here's hoping they have a big box of mushy banana's at my store soon!

I'm pretty sure you can! Just make sure to cut it in little pieces to be safe.
