My girl is looking very sick

Healthy chickens are VERY hardy. The pullet you brought out to the coop, how long have you had her?
What are you feeding?
Add 3 tsp of ACV to the chickens drinking water
It does several wonderful things for all pets
It will help boost her immunities, it will help if its a tummy issue and it helps to keep mucus down
Do you deep littler your coop?
Have you recently changed feed?
What does her vent look like or does it smell funny?
Could she have mites, lice or worms?

Do you deep littler your coop? I don't know what this means
Have you recently changed feed? No
What does her vent look like or does it smell funny? Looks fine and I didn't smell anything.
Could she have mites, lice or worms? no lice or anything on the outside. Don't know where to look for worms.
I read colloidal silver might help. I want to go first thing in the morning and get some to see if that might work.

Positive thoughts and energy will be appreciated.

Gave her a drop of CS but she was still looking really bad. Yesterday she would atleast eat her crumbles but today she wanted nothing of them. Being giving her electrolytes with a syringe and when I heard her tummy rumble I made her some scramble eggs and been feeding her scramble eggs with a syringe.

I hope she is doing better. Deep litter in the coop means a healthy environment of break down in litter, like stray, hay, chicken poo, leaves..all built up to compost. It encourages healthy bugs and discourages bad bugs. It should smell like dirt, chickens and not ammonia. It should clump when you pick it up and you squeeze it in your fist, and fall apart when you release it. Smell like the woods.

Ok, I do change their shavings every 3 months in the coop and try to minimize the poo they leave on the ground. I haven't gotten a swift of ammonia yet but I will keep my nose up for any smell. Thank you so much.
