I have a hen named Olive who I raised from a chick, she will be a year old on the 25th of August. She is a silkie/Easter Egger mix and has been very healthy previously. This morning I went outside to let her out of the coop, she shares a coop with two silkie hens and her two chicks, and noticed a large open wound on her face and a small bump just below her beak. She hatched with no wattles, but this bump is about the size of one.
She went broody recently, and hatched three chicks (sadly one died) and never really gained back the weight she lost, which was kind of concerning. I wormed her and have been giving poultry vitamins in her water for the past week or so. But she hasn't been eating, and the only thing she will eat is cooked egg. She has a sour smell too her (the same smell as my hen who died of sour crop had), and the base of her feathers are oddly inflamed.
She seems to be acting normally, maybe a little slow but idk. I could take her to the vet (we have an excellent avian vet), but I'm suspecting it could be Mareks, so I'm not sure if theres anything he could do(also the only money I have saved is for a new cage for my cokatiels, and consultation is $60, and I have $170 in my account) I'm thinking of moving her into an indoor cage to keep her quarantined from the other chickens
Here's some photos of her, warning they are a little graphic, I got my sister to hold her(she loves my sister, and is most calm around her

Keep feeding her whatever you can get her to eat. Is her crop emptying at night?

That cut looks like either she got stuck somewhere and got injured extracting herself or maybe another critter "helped" - would clean it with Vetricyn and put Neosporin.
