I honestly have no idea!
I don't think there is much mutation breeding going on in the UK and the seller on Ebay had good reviews. I just thought he's in the process of another teenage molt or something.
There are loads of new feathers coming trough on his neck and scalp, maybe they will give some answers.
At the moment he sort of looks like Trump! The horror!

I don't think I have anything as fancy as that. Those morphs don't even come along in the UK market and these are just ebay eggs sold as yellow. Maybe I just have a somewhat watered version or he will grow into his colours. Time will tell!

I love the look of the butter yellow though. Very pretty!

The males will make that shrill noise when a predator is around, or a snake! It's not loud enough for someone to complain but I guess someone might just out of spite.
