Welcome to BYC. The article by azygous is considered to be very helpful. @DobieLover Just wondering, but isn’t acidified copper sulfate already acidified? So why the need to add apple cider vinegar? I thought that was only needed if using plain copper sulfate, (which should never be used without adding ACV or citric acid to it.) acidified copper sulfate dosage is 1/4 tsp per gallon of water for 5 days. McMurray Hatchery has it for around $7.

The CuSO4 I purchased was not acidified. I had to add the acid.
