My Silkie has an Eye problem

I have a silkie that has white foam coming out of her eye, when she was days old a piece of shaving was in her eye, and scratched her cornea, she has been on Terramycin and eye drops, and has to be cleaned almost daily, I am running out of options on her healing, I was told Neosporin might help, has anyone used Neosporin on a chickens eyes? If so, how much and how did you apply it? TIA

How old is she?
How long has she had the eye problem?

You can try plain Neosporin to see if that makes a difference, Ciprofloxacin can also be ordered online.
