I'm not sure what variety he's "supposed" to be, but he is not of a APA recognized variety. Even silver pencilled is not recognized. I can't speak for all fairs, but at mine if it wasn't a recognized breed or variety I would get automatically disqualified. You could throw him in to see, but I would be shocked if he placed. You could throw him in just so you could use him in showmanship however! In that it focuses more on you rather than your birdOh hmmm 4H worthy?
