Naked neck with insane cheeks

I just had to share this picture of a NN chick with the fluffiest cheeks I’ve ever seen. He almost looks bearded because of how much fluff he has surrounding his face but it is all cheeks it reminds me of the old timey huge mustaches.

I won’t be keeping him because he’s recessive white but I wish I was so I could see how he turns out. Has anyone else ever had a showgirl / naked neck with such fluffy cheeks???

They look like old grandpa side burns! I’ve had several NN chicks hatch out like this. Makes me laugh every time.
Mine are usually fluffier than this but this is the only pic I’ve got of one of mine

Sooooo cute!!! Did you ever grow one out to see what they look like as an adult? This chick that I hatched has a mother with nice cheeks. I’ll attach her photo. Father was a frizzled NN silkie.

Ahhh, the good old Ambrose Burnside! Know why we've called them sideburns for a long time now? lol If those fluffy cheeks stayed I believe I'd have to name a cockerel after him and then dress him up like a little Civil War general.

Well, to be fair, General Burnside has had a naked neck in all the pictures I've seen of him.
