I bet you would. Just like me when it gets so hot, so uncomfortable, I think of snow, falling snow, constantly drinking of cold water, washing my face, feeling like my skin is burning up whenever I come out into the garden. Skin cancer is a big health issue in Australia.

I live in northern Ohio. We experience both very hot and humid and very cold and snowy. I'll take the hot any day

I stayed up till 3 am because I couldn't sleep.
I went to town for groceries. There was no one on the roads, which was nice.
I fed suet to the chickens and petted the outdoor cats.

You know what it likes to be in very hot and humid summer. I take your experience for it as I have only experience mild winter here compare to your snowy winter in Northern Ohio. I still have this lovely image of snow, nice cool cold air, fire place, and all cosy up with a nice hot cup of chocolate.
Here today reported that America having snow storm. I did not see what state in America.

Clean the garage - throw out stuff
Think about what to do with my Golden Laced Wyandotte that repeatedly goes broody, she has started it again, this is the so many times I am breaking up her broodiness this summer. She was mother hens in 2 consecutive spring already.

Finally got my pot of Chili on at around eight this morning
Got my laundry done
Was crowned Latrine Queen For A Day. Now it's time to butter up a Hard Roll and enjoy a bowl of Chili. HOT,HOT, HOT!

Gave the dogs their morning soup.
Went and saw a movie.
Stopped at Olive Garden for an early supper.

I love adding chili to my food. I can not remember when did I start on putting chili in my food. Now, I can not eat chili because it gives me upset stomach. That is to show old age, the body does not function perfectly like it once was.

Still I grow chili and give them away. There is only 1 fruitful tree left, it survived the winter and now it is fruit like crazy.

I went to the laundry mat.
I took Eva to the vet. They say she has chronic pancreatitis, which can be caused by any number of things.
I will pack and try to convince myself everything will be okay while I am gone.
