Nature Photography

Pics
I just went and visited the inspiration for the Disney castle and went snowboarding! Can’t take pics inside the castle, but I got some awesome nature pics!

(That’s another castle down there. It was built by Ludwig’s dad. The furthest distant mountains are in Österreich (Austria))

I would sell a child to visit Neuchwanstein. No lie. Probably the 21 year old, he can get away easiest.

How'd you all feel about editing in skies in the background of your images? If you have a very boring white, grey or blue background would you edit in a nice sky + lighting?
I do it all the time. The key is to make it blend with your scene lighting or your idea. Just another tool in the box of storytelling with images.

I wouldn't manipulate an image like that if it were for something like a contest though unless the rules specifically stated it was OK. But for me? Or for something I'm preparing for a client or with the intention of selling? No hesitation.
