Need a egg grading chart

Anyone have a chart to know what size a chicken egg is by weight? How much should a large weigh? X-large, medium,small?? I want to start grading mine. Especially after today I got one that weighed about 2 1/2 ounces!! We used to have a grade JUMBO years ago but don't know if they do today.

I have mostly white leghorns but do have 3 Domonique that aren't laying just yet. I saw a different chart somewhere and weight/size seem to vary? with the chart above do I need a chart specificaly for white leghorns? The other chart I saw said a SMALL would be 1-1 1/4 oz. Medium 1 1/4-2 ounce. Large 2-2 1/4 ounce. X-Large 2 1/4-2 1/2 ounce. And I guess Jumbo would be anything OVER 2 1/2 ounce. What should I use? I am considering selling some and may charge by the size??

They apply to all breeds eggs. The breed chart shown is a general estimate.

Unless you have a ton of eggs and can grade enough to make full cartons, I wouldn't bother.
I weigh cartons so they are 24-27oz and sell all at the same price,
makes my accounting easier and doesn't confuse the customers.
When I have a bunch of pullets I make up 'pullets dozens' to reach weight.
