Need advice please!!!

I was expecting much worse, not making light of it but I have seen way worse eye injuries. I do agree about keeping her close to the others and giving her a bit of extra tlc.She might recover a bit and she will compensate and learn to live with what she's got.Just keep a close eye on her make sure she's getting enough to eat and drink and not getting picked on.Chickens are pretty darn resilient so don't give up on her.
X2 I'm so glad you posted the picture because I was imagining her injury to be much worse. What a releif, though I understand you are concerned! Very best wishes to you and her.:D

and ...:welcome

I know it's rough to see the other ones pick on her but keeping her within sight of the flock will make it alot easier on both of you when she does go back for good. Since she's been separated for a week she lost her place in the pecking order and has to start over.Them seeing her will help them accept she's supposed to be there and not a stranger. Chickens have god awful memories sometimes and usually it's at the worst times.Hope your little girl gets well soon.:)
