Need Chicken Autopsy Help (WARNING: very graphic pictures)

In this one it is tumors from Merek's disease.

if you go to photo #4 in the link above, i think it does look similar to OP's photos.. if you had spread apart the intestines more during the photos? (photo is Marek's Disease)

Okay, sorry, I just thought they looked similar from the photos but I'm sure your real life interaction with it was far more accurate

Hugs to you & your husband. It is indeed a hard thing to do. Kudos to you for taking that step in trying to learn what happened. I did my first necropsy a few weeks ago. Did not find any little tumors like yours but the insides were the same color. From what some people commented, it did not look right, which is the first thing I thought too. The jury is still out on the actual cause of death of my bird. Unfortunately I have 2 more sick ones now.
