Yes very much alive and we are on day 25/26 should of hatched a few days ago
It not hatching means the temp was too low. This means it didn't develop on time which means there is no telling when it will be ready to hatch. By the looks of it is not ready and being this late is not a good sign that it will survive. There isn't much you can do but wait.

Get some of these before you set eggs again:

After you get another thermometer, make sure the temp is correct at the top of the eggs. Then collect your eggs to be set all at once so you don't have staggered hatches. Humidity should be between 30-50 the first 18 days. The final days are when humidity should be between 60 and 70. Count day 1 after the egg has been incubated for 24 hours. Setting eggs at the same time also makes it easier after the chicks hatch.

Ok got temp and humidity corrected in their and from now on ill do eggs all at once so we have a better idea of hatch day. I'll give this little one as much of a chance as any of the other and keep yall updated so far it's still alive and moving good

It passed...fully formed... but as it was said it had not absorbed those vessels or it's sac so she probably would not have survived either way...I've decided to keep a close eye on temp and humidity and be a little more hands off with the rest of the eggs. Thank you all for your help

Make sure you get another thermometer or 3. The ones I linked are awesome. You can not trust the readings on an incubator, they are usually wrong. Humidity too high can cause these issues too.
Better luck next time.

I have a separate humidity reader in the incubator as well so that's what pointed me to the temperature issue after it was mentioned that the temp being too low could cause delay in growth
