Need help, I think its urgent? My sister's Cayuga Duck cant stand

Anyone think being nearby to loud crying call ducklings is gonna stress her out? I don't want her to be stressed being by those loud ducklings
I don't know, I personally would be more worried about that if she already seems really stressed out or if she went through a traumatic event. I think it would probably be a good idea to keep her in a more quite environment if possible.

she does seemed somewhat stressed out anyways, although my sister is keeping her calm. I think it is possible to keep her in a quieter environment

It would be a very good idea to get her on liquid B Complex that way you'll find out quicker if it's a niacin deficiency. it works faster than anything else to get the deficiency under control. TSC hs one called durvet liquid B complex it will say injectable but we use it orally.

rest, good feed, water therapy and B compex are what we prescribe. Could she have injured herself somehow?

Thank you! We will try the durvet liquid B complex, I dont think she injured herself but its always possible, but I do find it unlikely

I hope it is niacin deficiency and the B complex should help with that. It may take a week or more before you see improvement but hopefully sooner. Please keep us updated.
the reason I say a week, a lot of times when members start their ducks on the B complex and don't see improvements right off they give up. So don't give up.

I am seeing two durvet vitamin B complex products,

https://www.tractorsupply.com/tsc/product/durvet-vitamin-b-complex-oral-gel?cm_vc=-10005

and im also seeing

https://www.tractorsupply.com/tsc/product/durvet-hi-level-vitamin-b-complex?cm_vc=-10005

I assume your talking about the second one, which says injection, would it be better to get the oral gel rather than the injection (I would give the injection orally) Also just to confirm, these are the ones your talking about? They just dont say SPECIFICALLY for poultry so I just want to confirm

Yes the liquid it will go further you just keep it in the frig once opened.
1ml daily by mouth or over a tasty treat if she is eating good. I think the link gives info on how to give it orally. the gel wouldn't last long and this is something you do daily until she is full recovered then for at least 1 week after. Plus it is always good to have this on hand for any other ducks that may need it.

Completely agree with anything @Miss Lydia suggest. Definitely follow it.

Something to keep an eye on is how much the duck eats and drinks. Ducks should be eating around 0.4lbs of food a day. I suggest measuring out around that much so you can see how much she is still eating. Sometimes when ducks have an injury or event like this, they will dramatically reduce how much they eat, which can worsen the situation. The only reason I suggest measuring the food is sometimes people don't realize quite how much food ducks eat. That little cutie eats a shocking amount. Hopefully it's appetite won't be a problem.

So I just went to check on her, and she has started walking!
Honestly, I am so relieved, she is standing and walking around, she still sits a lot, and I will probably get her the vitamin B unless you guys dont think she needs it. But she is walking and standing and being pretty active, I feel like it maybe was a niacin deficiency because we did feed her quite a bit of niacin, although that was really fast and I dont fully understand. she still isnt fully recovered yet, she still sits quite a bit, but at least she can stand if she wants to.

She still has some recovering to do, she isnt fully healed I believe, but its a REALLY big improvement from earlier, when she would just lay on the ground on her side, unable to move at all except her head. I expect it might not be the end of her recovery but this is a big improvement and that makes me so relieved.
