Perfect coop for a stay at home mom/dad. And I say that in a totally jealous fashion haha. You'd need all the time in the world to keep it looking clean like that with chickens. It's like a zoo in a way.
I do like the idea of a hang out spot with the chickens. I think it's important they be somewhat used to you so you an easily pick them up when needed. Awesome space!

Looks like a she-shed to me. The wood floors are nice. Chickens are easy to fall in love with. for sure.
