Already an addict! Is there treatment for chicken addiction?

My Buffs & Queens already know my whistle I use to call all my ranch animals. They run like little T-Rex’s coming to me.
I do have a question. I got my Buff Orpington hens first ( they are laying good for winter) then the first of this month I got Buff Orpington Rooster & cinnamon queens. They all acclimated well. From what I read thought there maybe a bloody battle but none and all. Just a little scuffle. But the queens aren’t laying. They did look a little stressed, seemed a little thin but it’s been 3 weeks & are flourishing except egg laying.
