Hello. Been using this wonderful site for over a decade to get information. I have about 50 or so free-range backyard bred chickens mostly, with some white leghorns, barred rock, and cream legbars mixed in. Also some ducks, and 6 guinea fowl. Usually I give away my roosters but this time I would like to process them. I found an excellent post with a step by step tutorial and pictures and felt compelled to leave a review. For this, I needed to create an account.
