I’m new here. Wondering if it is good to occasionally give a little nutri drench in the chickens water. It is cold here and I have their water in a heater water container. Just wondering if this is ok - every once in a while or is it ok every day?

We use nutri drench for a week every month. Others may use it differently though.

Welcome to BYC. I don't think I would use it everyday. It may cause diarrhea after extended use.

Hello and welcome to BYC.
We give occasional vitamins and electrolytes in cold weather about once weekly and alternate that with ACV once in a while since they are not receiving good forage when ranging given the scarcity of bugs and greens in winter. Don't know if this is right or not, but seems they need something additional, or at least it makes me feel better for doing it.

I think it is fine for a day or 2 during extreme temps. I also offer electrolytes in my flock's mash during temp extremes.
