You didn't bore me at all. I love your username and agree that roosters are awesome.I'm brand new to byc! I had to have a friend help me create an account
I did some snooping as to what other's put as their member introduction so I'll just go off those and hopefully this will be good!
I own 4 roosters. all 2 years old. a 2 jersey giant roosters and 2 barred rock roosters. I got them as straight run chicks from a feed store on impulse when I went in for some dog food.
Their names are, Jerry, Larry, Terry, and Berry, or just "the roos"
They didn't have names for the first few months I had them because I wanted to be sure of their sex before giving them names so I just called them "the Chookies"
Other pet's I have is my dog, Charlie who is a 5 year old GSD mix that I adopted when he was around 7 months old after he was surrendered bc of his old owners health issues, and my 2 bunnies, Basil and Steve the Magical Cheese Wizard. (don't question their names) they're a boy and girl pair (fixed of course, can't have thirty baby bunnies running around) and a Ball python named Noodle.
Lastly their is a random goat (I have no idea where it came from) that lives In my yard. I made the "mistake" of buying some goat feed because I was scared It would go hungry but now I feed it every day and It hasn't left. I made a little run in shelter which is just a piece of plywood on some posts, that it eats in and hides under when it rains. It won't let me pet it but It's fine if I get close. None of my neighbors own, or have owned goats so I really don't know. I have successfully dewormed her twice, I really should do it more often but I have to corner it in its run and and throw something over it just to catch it so it's pretty hard.
I would put photos of my Pet's but I'm writing this On a friends device so I don't have any. I'm open to any name suggestion for the goat, (I keep referring to her as it but she is a confirmed female. I didn't know when she first showed up as I knew basically nothing about goats) She seems to do ok without a friend for now. I want to work on getting her comfortable with me before I buy another goat. I often see her hanging around my dog and she screams every once in a while but I at least want to be a ble to catch her and walk her before getting a goat.
That's Everything! hopefully I didn't bore anyone
