I got my chickens last spring

Currently I have two layers and two 2 week old chicks!

Silver phoenix layers and mystic onyx chicks
(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens?
Honestly, everything? I love getting farm fresh eggs, giving them treats and seeing their personalities. I hate constantly worrying about them, but it's worth it!

Video games, going to concerts with my partner, gardening and painting

I share two cats when my partner and I work at small pet shop.
