Jenks hatchery was my go too for Cornish cross for over a decade but they’ve stopped carrying them because it became too daunting to keep up with sanitation requirements when selling both meat birds and egg layers, so they decided to focus on egg layers. This is a big blow to us, an order would get to us in less than 24 hours with a high survival rate. I’m reluctant to order from far away. I’m now asking around for what the next best source for Cornish cross is for the PNW? I live near Seattle wa, TIA!
