New Quail parent

Hi. My name is Eva I'm a new quail parent and just hatched eggs on easter Sunday for the 1st time ever. I have 33 7 day old coturnix chicks and 1 california 2 day old. Trying to keep this babies alive! Also have 3 adult quails since January.

Welcome to BYC! I have had quail in the past also but they were button quail I considered Coturnix quail though. Good luck and have fun with your chicks!

Thank you! It's been a roller coaster! Few died on me... few didn't hatch! Trying to keep the 34 alive!

It can be hard to keep quail chicks alive! Quail are so fragile! If you have any questions you can always make a post about it and usually there are usually people out there who are willing to answers questions!
