New to BYC, hello everyone.

Hello BYC members,

I am fairly new to chickens. I've been talking about it for years and finally did it. I built a coop and have seven ladies in my flock. Three New Hampshire Reds, two Speckled Sussexes and two Black Stars. I like that we have fresh eggs all the time and I sell some of the extras to neighbors. The birds are certainly entertaining! They each have their own personality for sure!

I've read BYC whenever I have had questions about my chickens and I've got a reall issue right now with one of my birds that I will get into in another post. But I figured it was time to join so I can contribute to the website. I look forward to being a part of your online community.
